About Kelly
Kelly began his insurance career in March, 1990. Over that time his primary focus has been in the health insurance benefit markets. He is licensed in the states of Texas and Oklahoma and is able to assist individuals with enrollment in Affordable Care Act compliant health plans through the Federally Facilitated Marketplace (healthcare.gov) system. This enrollment path allows certain individuals the ability to reduce thier health plan cost by applying for any premium tax credits or cost sharing reduction subsidies they may be eligible for. In addition, Kelly is licensed to write Group and Employer sponsored health insurance, all lines of life insurance as well as disability insurance, Long Term Care insurance, Medicare Supplement insurance, and fixed annuities. Kelly also assists consumers with non-insurance products and related services such as indentity theft protection, telemedicine memberships, and Christian Healthshare Ministry mebership programs.
Kelly is very involved in his professional association with the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals, formally the National Association of Health Underwriters, and has been since 1993. He has volunteered his service to numerous board positions to include President of the Texoma Chapter in 1995/96, President of the Texas Chapter in 2012/13, and is immediate former President for NABIP.

Kelly has also been a very active member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. He has been a member of that organization since 1991 and has served in many board and committee positions over the years. He was President of the Wichita Falls Chapter 1998/99 and again in 2004/05. The Wichita Falls Chapter awarded him their Agent of the Year Award in 1998. He also served the Texas Chapter as a Regional Director from 2000 to 2003. In 2005, Kelly graduated from NAIFA's Leadership in Life Institute program (LILI).
Kelly has been married to his wife, Jana, since 1989 and they have 3 daughters. Jana works as a Registered Nurse and they spend much of their time being a part of their children's lives and activities and in their community. Kelly has served as President of the School Board of Wichita Christian School and continues to serve as a board member. Kelly also serves on the Board of Directors at United Regional Health Care System using his insurance industry knowledge to help improve on what the hospital system can do for the local community
